About Us
Nitra Textile is founded in 2009 as the third generation of textile firm Trakya, one of the leaders in Turkish textile sector. Nitra continues on its way with the inspiration and knowledge of Trakya in order to offer its customers the best service and quality. Combining its knowledge, business ethics and experience with youth energy since Trakya Tekstil was founded in 1957, Nitra Tekstil has been serving many world brands operating in Europe and America. Nitra has all the necessary production certificates in the textile industry and continues the success story and legacy of Trakya.
Production
Sampling
Sampling begins with sourcing the right fabrics for each customer. Then the development of the model starts. Patterns are made inhouse with Gerbers system and samples are prepared in the sewing department of our company.
Cutting
Sample and production cutting is made by cloth spreading over the Gerbers system and cuts are made in our company.
Sewing
Our sewing services are out-sourced. There are 20 sewing houses in various sizes working for us. We constantly audit our ateliers for quality control. Thanks to our longstanding cooperation, we have a high level of coordination with our ateliers.

Quality Control
Quality Control is made in-house. The quality control process starts with fabric control and continues with the general tests of our pattern maker. After sewing, the quality control experts make a final check before the product is ironed and packaged. Finally, the control process is considered completed.
Ironing
Quality checks are conducted by the experts in compliance with the customers standards and the ironing services provided by the company itself.
Packing
Once the production proceeding is finalized, the products are delivered to customers through international shipment in polybag and consolidated cardboard boxes.
